In the scene where Batman asks Vicki Vail how much she ways when they are about to escape with the grappling hook, she screams "Bruce" on the way up - Batman hasn't been unmasked at this point.
Well, on my copy of the film (original DVD) she does NOT scream "Bruce" or any other "normal" words, she just screams.....
