If you look at the cover to the movie that shows Jodie Foster with the Death's Head Moth on it, you will notice that her eyes are brown, but in the movie, they are blue. This is similar to the other slip-up that was posted here.
It's not supposed to be Clarice Starling! It's supposed to be any/all of the women that Jame Gumb is killing! If they wanted it to be Jodie Foster, they would have looked at her eyes, and used the right colour. DUH!!
