In the scene where James Bond goes to the wall with the steps that Domino tells him about at Largo's. He slips from the water wearing a pair of red swim trunks. He watches Largo's men preparing to go get the bomb. He crosses a road and you can see his swim trunks are only wet in the center section, the top band and bottom of the legs are dry(lighter color). He goes down a flight of steps and when he reaches the bottom you can see that the trunks are totally dry...either a long flight of steps or a slip-up...
