Pirates of the Caribbean (The Curse of the Black Pearl) - He's Not a Pirate!
At the end of the movie, when Jack is sailing away with his crew, if you look closely, there is a man standing there in a t-shirt, jeans, and a cowboy hat. He's obviously not a pirate.
I can't see him myself, but on the commentary Gore Verbinski is discussing a slight plothole due to a reversed shot and remarks (on the subject of slip-ups) that "there are grips in shots, you know, with hats on. You know, there's these guys with the barrels, the water agitator guys." If Gore says they're there, I believe him!
