Matrix Reloaded, The - Forgot to Clone

After agent Smith clones the other agent. (the me, me too talk go down) Then the clones begin to run through the gate. Just as Neo jumps up in the air -PAUSE-. Now look under Neo's leg (bottom left side of the screen) and you will see an agent that is not Smith's clone, but taking part in the fight. Shouldn't he look like the other clones?
