go to the scene where hell boy is in the cavern in Moscow being attacked by the regenerating dog things. when Liz asks Meyers to slap her and then tells him to run, when he is running look behind him. you can see Liz already walking down the steps. then they flip to a shot of her, and she is back at the top and starts walking down. did she go back up for something?
