Near the end of the movie after Doc Oc has destroyed himself along with the machine, when Peter Parker(Spider-man) repels Mary Jane down to safety, you see that Peter has a rip in his Spidey suit on his left leg. When Peter stands up, you see that the rip has changed over to his right leg leaving his left to be clean without a rip.
