at the end when frodo is leaving the fellowship in the boat and Sam chases after him right after Sam says "of course you are, and i am going with you " and he starts walking into the river the camera flashes to a shot from behind Samwise and as you look in the boat you notice that all of a sudden there is no Frodo in the boat. Where did he go?? he is in the next scene in the boat when he pulls Sam out of the water.
