If you watch the trail scene at the end closely, you see Dawn Davenport (Divine) gagged. A few minutes later, while her defendant lawyer is at the witness stand giving a speech, you see that her gag is no longer there! Not only that, her lawyer (who was just seen across the room) is magically sitting beside her!
