In the ending of the movie, when Chucky is melted with a very hot plastic, Andy put the air hose in the mouth to make Chucky explode. But the next shot after looking at the girl Kyle and Andy hugging each other, we can see the air hose isn't in Chucky's mouth. It is in Chucky's nose.
