Whenever Nemo gets put into the fish tank at the dentist's office, and they are watching the patient get worked on, Peach (the starfish) starts talking into the glass but the other fish cant understand that shes saying so she comes off the glass to repeat herself. Then when they are all at the glass and Nigel flies into the window notice that Peach is stuck to the glass and you can understand her fine.
