This mistake happens when the coach of the football team comes to Radio's house and talks to his mother who is gardening. The camera angles go back and forth from him to her a few times, and then about the third or fourth time it shows the mother, there is a GIANT fuzzy grey boom mic in the upper right corner!! I haven't seen it on a video copy, so they may have fixed it. But I saw it twice in theatres and saw it both times!
