Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King - Elven Bread
When gollum throws the elven bread off the stairs to mordor, you clearly will see it fall into many pieces. But when sam goes down the stairs and finds the bread, it is reasonably organized in its leaf.
Yea i defiantley noticed that. I dont think it was a slipup as much as they had to kind of put it back together for the movie otherwise Sam wouldnt have had much to find.

Not all of the elven bread had crumbled. it fell so fast that it appeared to have been broken apart.

Several pieces and their leaf wrappings fell, of which Sam found only one. They didn't necessarily all crumble.
