The slip up is found in the episode "DO or Die" in the 2004 season where doctor mentor Dr. Douglass visits and asks him to perform a surgery on him. At one point Douglass, Delia(Vivien Cardone), and Dr Brown are having breakfast and Dr. Douglass faints. Dr. Brown tells to Delia to call 911, but calls her Vivien! Oops!!!
