You will see an American machine gun on a Russian tank when the tank commander fired it at the Afghanies. (Look on the back of the VHS box)
A Soviet T-62 tank has an anti-aircraft machine gun at the loaders hatch. That machine gun is called a DShK 38/46 which is Russian. The movie used a Browning M2 .50 cal machine gun receiver, (American made) with a DShK barrel and sight. They tried but it was not good enough!
If the movie makers received the actual Russian tanks, why didn't they get the hardware also?
