In the part of Daredevil where Daredevil kills the guy by pushing him into the train pathway, the train runs over his waist and up. When you see the people taking his body away, his waist up is the part that is still there.
well, I am not sure what you are talking about because when the people come to take the body away, they take both parts away, first the waist up and then the waist down.
