In the scene, when Puss is atacking Shrek, he is going under Shrek's shirt. He is getting out of it, but he also makes a huge hole. In the next scene the hole is gone!
Actually, when you next see Shrek's shirt he has a slit in his shirt from where Puss got out. Although there should be a much bigger hole there's still something there.
