Look for when Black Mumba steals the wheelchair and gets into the Pussywagon. She sits for a while and gets her feet to move. When she steps out of the pickup and drives away, the wheelchair is no longer where it was left.

That's because the wheel chair wasn't there after she got out. After she had got into the pervert's truck, if you listen (you don't have to watch), you can hear it roll off and crash into something else. If that's not the wheel chair, then what else could it be?
