Italian Job, The (1969) - Quick Stop (a Bit Too Quick)
At approximately 1:19:50, or where the three minis jump the building in whilst a police car gives chase, the police car stops suddenly behind them without jumping. the stop itself looks pretty fake, and you can see how it was done (back then in the sixties!) - the sequence was obviously filmed in slow motion then pieced together supposedly semalessly; however the momentum of the stop means the driver in the car moves around - something they couldnt edit - and when sped up he looks to be having some kind of fit for a few seconds.
