In the episode 1x17 Forsaken when a computer program downloaded from a probe infects the station's computer a turbolift carrying Odo and Troi breaks down. When Odo calls Ops with the problem he says they are stuck in turbolift 7. Later in the episode when Sisko is entering his log he says Odo and Troi are stuck in turbolift 4. Ooops
