Go to the scene when Kirstie Ally gets into John Travolta's cab for the 1st time. She is in labor and is now headed to the hospital. About 20-30 seconds into the run to the hospital there is a shot of J.T's profile (an angle shot from the pass. side) Look past John, and you will see a refection of a very large camera mounted on the front fender in the mirrored glass windows of the building as they pass by.
