When Juliette Lewis is really angry and banging on the door of the apartment downstairs (this is after she has been in the hospital), notice that one second, there are no garbage bags in the hallway, even though they have been there the whole movie. The screen cuts to the door for a second, and then cuts back to Juliette Lewis, still yelling. The garbage bags have returned!
When I watched this movie, Juliette Lewis had not been in the hospital yet. This happened after the tiles exploded in her kitchen and the police told her it was the pipes. She then went downstairs and started banging on the door. It was then that the eye behind the door was looking at her and you could see the trash bags. Then the camara showed a different angle, however when it returned to the eye, and she was going up the stairs there were no trash bags. Or vice versa.
