Sorta toward the end of the movie, Nancy goes into her dream to try and grab Freddy and bring him back with her like she did with his hat. So when she falls off the edge in the boiler room the screen immediately changes to her house and she falls in the bushes, but you can see a black pad underneath her when she lands in the bushes. It's really easy to see because I saw it the first time I watched the movie.
