In the scene where Big Momma is singing at the church, look at the singers in the background. At one stage they are sitting all nice and neat, the the camera shows the people sitting in the crowd, then goes back to Big Momma, the singers are standing up- the back to the people in the pews- then again back to Big Momma, and the singers are sitting all neat- like they were at at the beggining.
