Seeing as Buzz is initially unaware he is a toy, what exactly does he do when Andy plays with him? Would he not interact with him in entirely the same way he does with the other toys on first meeting them?
Its a kid's movie! Leave it alone. It did what it had to do. It entertained children all over the world and made a cowboy and a spaceman famous. Leave it alone!
Good comment. I suggest you lobby the guys that run the site to remove all Toy Story slip-ups on these ground. Plus any other kids' movies. Should it also extend to any movie you enjoyed?
I have something to say to all you people who complain about having kids movies in the archive. Shut the f*ck up!!! This is a site for slip-ups! I agree that some exceptions should be made if it's a cartoon, but a slip-up is a slip-up, whether it's animated or not!
Very good point about that plot aspect. I wondered that too. It's not like the toys have some kind of hard-wired instinct to "Go Dead", since Woody says that to scare Sid they have to "break a few rules." But they couldn't have Buzz scaring Andy either.
