Terminator 3 - New Monitor Amongst 30 Year Old Computers
During the scene near the end where they are in the bunker and the realization that this is an armageddon escape bunker, the room is panned and the comment is made about 30 year old equipment. However, twice the panning shows what appears to be a big black Dell style 17 or 19" monitor sitting on a bench with the rest being all 13" CRT's, as was in that era.

In the same scene, as Nick Stahl is walking off a platform by a staircase, you can see a Dell computer cardboard box with the present Dell Logo.

It's a shelter designed to be used by military officers in case of a nuclear attack. It still has poer (as evidenced by the lights, automatic doors, working computers & radio). The security codes for the main door are up to date with the most recent "code book" and the computer lock uses a challenge-response system not available 30 years ago. This all implies that the facility is periodically maintained & updated. Therefore it's perfectly reasonable to believe that there would be some more modern computer equipment. If the bunker had been neglected for 30 years, there'd be no poer, out of date code locks, etc.
