At the beginning of the movie, when Toula and her dad are getting out of the car to open the restaurant, the headlights of the car don't go out until after they've gotten out of the car.
I know that certain vehicles have a feature where the headlights stay on even after the car is turned off. It is generally in specific models. Only after a certain amount of time has lapsed do they turn off. I think it is a security feature.
