About 50 mintues into the movie in Scene 16: Escaping the Tavern, Willow and Madmartigan escape the tavern in a wild chase scene. During the chase their wagon ramps a tree. If you slow it down and look closly you can see one of the horse's hooves steps on the foam rubber tree. You can easily see the tree distort and a ramp used to launch the wagon.
