Good point there. Is that the English (as mine is) or US edition?

His mother does give him the directions. His dad just tells him to run. In the Aussie book its page 579.

I have two books, (667)one states that the mother was first and said wait for your father who then gave him the instructions, and the other one says that the father was first and said to wait for the mother who then gave the instructions. In both books it does correctly state(698)who gave him the instructions as to what happened earlier in the book.

Seg writes: Hey Pete, Americans speak english too. Hey Seg, no matter that Americans can speak English. There is still a difference between the English and US version of the book. Not only are some things actually TRANSLATED to 'American' because apparently Americans don't believe in their own ability to decipher some of the English sayings, there are also different editors involved, meaning some mistakes in the English version will have been corrected in the US version. That is why Pete is asking!

Hey Seg- He meant English as in the nationality. Not the language. Duh.
