I am actually surprised nobody has posted this glaring mistake. In the scene where Wallace first meets the crazy Irish guy, (who proceeds to talk to God and eat Wallace's porridge) in the woods, watch the Irish guy's hair. He and Wallace have a little playful banter going on where it continually switches between shots of the two. In one shot, the Irishman's hair is totally messed up, where large strands of his long hair are on the wrong side and even in his face. Then when it cuts back to him, it is perfectly combed and styled. It switches back and forth between annoyingly messy and perfectly styled at least three or four times.
