During the episode 'Inca Mummy Girl' in series two of Buffy, the mummy, who is posing as exchange student Ampatta, has several trunks delivered to the Summer's house. while Ampatta prepares for the dance, Buffy offers to unpack for her. she lifts the lid of one of the trunks and the head can be seen at the front, near the lock. she does not see the body because the doorbell rings and ampatta quickly locks the case. when buffy breaks open the case with giles, the corpses head is at the back of the trunk (btw, the head is attatched to the body, it's just an easy way to describe the posistion). now, either ampatta moved the body really quickly, which is not possible because we see her lock the case, or that body is not really dead.
