When Spider-Man is taking pictures of himself (to get the reward from the newspaper) while he is rescuing someone, it's dark. But when the chief-editor is looking at the photos, you can see they were taken in daylight!
He did take his pictures in the night, but maybe he took some other pictures in the daylight. And the pictures that he gave to the picture guy were not the same pictures that he took in the dark.
It is very, dare I say EXTREMELY clear that these are not the photo's of the night robbery. There's one of him 40 or 50 floors up on a building. These were not intended to be the ones that they showed him takeing. I would not call that a slip-up.
