Do you know the part in the movie where Damien's father takes a taxi to his work? When the taxi driver steps out of the taxi to open the door for Damien's father, he has a a small cast on his finger. Then, in the later scene, the cast magically disappears. It's pretty hard to pick up, but if you are paying close attention to his finger, it is definitely a huge slipup.
