In the part in the movie where the mice are gathering items to make Cinderella a gown for the ball, Gus breaks the blue bead necklace and then Jack is putting the beads on Gus's tail. When it first shows his tail, he has 3 beads on there, and then it shows the cat, and then it goes back to the mice and there are only 2 beads on Gus's tail.
