I could be a slipup that no one caught onto that. Trust me, with anything where you are going to be showing off, like being filmed in a movie, you *are* aware of anything unusual and the feeling of a run and especially a hole in your hose is magnified 20 times more than if you weren't under any pressure. Even if it wasn't a mistake, you have to admit...that's pretty funny.

In the movie, Cha-cha pretty much had the reputation of being cheap, slutty, etc. This could just be a way of showing her character more.
