In the car chase, Sylvester Stallone is in his Mercury, and he spins the car around, throws it in reverse and starts firing at the truck chasing him.

When the truck blows up, if you look at the bottom left side of the screen, you can see that his Mercury is facing forwards, then all of a sudden you see him spin the car around to go forwards.
