When the crew is in the room where the Lickers are being kept, you hear a scraping sound. The camera then cuts to a shot of a zombie dragging some sort of an axe or mallet on the ground. If you look at his shoes they are work boots (sort of resembling Timberlands). But when the camera cuts to the crews point of view, the zombie dragging the axe/mallet is wearing white tennis shoes.
