Picard is on a mission to recover Federation, Klingon, and Romulan MIA's who have been kidnapped by the Cardassian and are being held by Gul Madred.

Picard faces Madred and tells him about when Madred tortured Picard and then Picard says that after Madred had tortured him, the Borg tortured and assimilated Picard.

The slipup is that the Borg kidnapped Picard BEFORE Madred kidnapped him.
