Normally I never noticed slip-ups, but this was glaring.

Leticia (Halle Berry) gets out of the car at the hospital after her son has been knocked, her t-shirt is blood-stained (an extremely large red patch on one side of the shirt). They rush the kid off for treatment, and the next time we see Leticia that very big patch has been replaced by a few exaggerated splatters! Should (rather than could) have been avoided.
