The slip up happens more than halfway through the movie. The five people must make their way to the library. Once they get there, Matt Lillard's character tells the father he had taken the ghost of his wife. The father punches them, and they fall to the floor. If you look behind the dad's head, you can see somebody's face peeking through. You really have to pay attention to catch it.
