After the Gypsy battle scene when James Bond goes to his hotel room, he takes off his shirt and stuff. Then, he goes into the bathroom and turns on the bathtub. After that, he merely goes into the Russian girl's room and meets her. He never turns the bathtub off! This one is pretty easy to notice.
