In the movie, right after she gets done singing Part of Your World, she sees the ship pass overhead. She says "What do you suppose?" and then goes to swim out of the "cavern". Well, when she first swam into the cavern, she had to move the rock, you know this because Sebastian got stuck, but when she swims out, the rock is moved and she just..... swims out!
This one is simple, the rock was moved by her father who just showed up to destroy her collection.

Actually, no... She has to get the statue FIRST, before her father comes to destroy her collection, remember? Flounder suprised her with it AFTER the ship sank. (Sebastian had to rat her out first, before Tritan knew of her secret grotto, thus, making it impossible for her father to have moved to rock BEFORE she even met Eric!)
