In the episode "Gourmet Night", just after the Halls and the Twitchens have ordered, Basil enters the kitchen, and after that scene, goes into the dining room where we see that the guests have entered from the bar. But during the kitchen scene the door was open, so the guests should have been seen walking from the bar to the dining room, but we do not see them!
