In the scene where Jack, David, and Less are running from Snyder, look when they reach the door to go into to the saloon thing! he has a cigarette, but how did Jack have time to light a cigarette while running?
If you look, once Davey tells Jack that he isn't going any further, they stop outside of Medda's. While they are still outside you see Jack go to the brick wall and light his cigarette. At least i think so, if not, someone please correct me.
I made a comment earlier that he lit the cigarette right outside of Medda's...well I was thinking of when they were leaving Medda's. I just watched it again last night, and I really don't know when he lit it. My best guess is after they jump off the roof, then they show them crawling on the ledge, and then they are shown running into Medda's...so maybe sometime inbetween then.
