It's the episode where the CSI is trying to locate the woman who wrote on supermarket bathroom stall doors that she killed 5 women and to catch her if they can. Well, several times in the show, the woman CSI (I can't really remember her name) talks, and almost every time, either her mouth is moving before the words she's saying, or after them.
