OK when the professer is trying to feel Elle up, she is sitting there with her legs crossed. On the top knee there's a hole in the panty-hose, then as the professor is coming to sit down, there's no hole.
Also in that scene, you see her walking in with some binders/folders. She places them down on a table next to the couch. She later runs out of the office with nothing in her hands, but when she's going down the elevator, she still has nothing, but when you see her walking out of the elevator meeting up with that other lawyer, she is carrying a briefcase. How can she have a briefcase when she left her binders/folders in the room and left with nothing?
About the very first comment. This is not a slip up at all. Elle leaves the papers she was carrying behind because she was already planning in her head she was quiting and didn't care about the folders. And then went to get her briefcase in another room. Why would we need to see her getting it. It's very visible her carrying her briefcase into the elevator.
