OK you remember the part where Elle goes to get her alibi?? well she giving her client a gift basket with fashion stuff. well at first her hair is over the phone then you look at the client and go back to Elle and the phone is over her hair.
So what? She could've moved her head with in the two seconds. If you have ever talked on the phone you would know that you move your head a lot. So she could've just moved her hair over the phone cause her ear was getting cold.
