Lord of The Rings: Fellowship of The Ring - Boromir Gripping Aragorn's Shoulder
As Boromir and Aragorn talk right before Boromir dies, you can see Boromir's right hand gripping Aragorn's left shoulder in the shot from behind Aragorn's right shoulder, but when the camera view changes to Boromir's perspective, looking up at Aragorn, his hand is not there. The scene goes back and forth between these two views several times.
Definately a true slipup, unlike most of the LotR slipups on this site. His hand is clearly missing and back again as it switches camera angles several times.
I noticed this too, several times. I pointed it out to my friends, and they all said that his hair was covering it. But when it shows Aragorn's face, the hand is clearly ver his hair!
the reason why this is is because they shot all of the shots looking at aragorn and then switched the camera angle and shot all the shots with boromir later. it is a slip up because they didnt take the time to go back and put his hand in the right way.
Yeah, that does happen! Oops, mistake there Mr. Bean! Lol, in the appendices on the extended version of this movie, Sean Bean (boromir) says that they had to "stop for lunch" whilst filming this scene but then "had to go and die again" afterwards...i guess he must have forgotton!
