In the scene where the kids eject from the spy plane, They land in the water with their scuba gear on, except for their goggles. They put their goggles on after they are already underwater. Now super spy gear or not, I don't think you can put goggles on underwater and not have them be filled up with water. If there is some super goggles like that somewhere, let me know I'd like to have a pair.
