After the final confrontation, Harry has a scratched chin. When visited by Dumbledore, it is gone, but in the refectory it reappears, and it is larger.
I noticed that a lot of his injuries and cuts changed. When he is facing Quirrel, blood will be on his chin, then gone, then on his nose, then gone...

Aha! Now THAT is a REAL slip-up! All the rest of them are just special effects in the movie that some ppl who didn't read the book think are slip-ups, but this one is definetly right on. Way to go.

Yes, the cuts do change size, but you can't blame the make-up department for getting some cuts painted on differently. But when cuts disappear, then you blame them. I found out in a magazine that Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) stole a fake blood capsule from the make-up department and burst it in his mouth to freak everyone out!

I agree. You can't exactly blame them, it would be hard to make it exactly alike, but it was a slip up never the less
